The dance group VerTeDance was officially established in 2004. The members are Veronika
Kotlíková - Knytlová and Tereza Ondrová, dancers, choreographers, and pedagogues, and Pavel Kotlík, a light designer and technician of Ponec theatre. They have created following projects of their own so far: Through the Bottle Neck (2002), Circle II (2004), The Silent Talk-Unpredictible course (2005) (SAZKA Prize 2005 for “discovery in dance”), The Brave (2006), 34 Sunsets (2007), and a site-specific project Tour de café au lait (2007). In co-operation with the CobosMikaCompany they have created the piece Beneath the Silence (2005), Dance of Canis Lupus (2009, ch. Thomas Steyaert), Jaja a Papus (2009), The Cases of Dr. Touret (2009, r: Anna Polívková) and in January 2010 they have introduced their last piece created in Archa Theatre co-production a dance-theatre piece Emigrantes.
 Other members of the ensemble are Helena Arenbergerová, one of the most outstanding dancers on the Czech contemporary dance scene (Thálie Prize 2007 nominee, Interpretation Prize 2008 awardee), Markéta faustová, a production manager of the ensemble and a reviewer at Dance Zone magazine, and Anna Dynková who is in charge of fundraising and other organizational affairs.
VerTe’s “home stage” is Ponec theatre, they have, however, presented their productions also in Brno, Hradec Králové, Kutná Hora, Tábor, Český Krumlov as well as abroad: in Ukraine, Rumania, Poland, Hungary, Germany and Belgium.
